Steps:
Spiralize 2 zucchinis into noodles.
In a pan, cook cubed tofu or chicken until browned.
Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and sriracha for the sauce.
Sauté the zucchini noodles briefly in the pan.
Add the protein and sauce, tossing to coat.
Top with crushed peanuts, bean sprouts, and lime wedges.
