Ingredients

  • 3 eggs ($0.60)

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese ($0.50)

  • 1/2 cup chopped veggies (bell peppers, onions, spinach) ($0.75)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Heat a skillet and cook the veggies until softened. Whisk eggs and add to the pan, stirring until scrambled. Top with cheese, season with salt and pepper, and enjoy!
