Ingredients (serves 4):
Canned chickpeas (1 can, drained) - $0.80

Onion (1, diced) - $0.20

Coconut milk (1 cup) - $1.00
Curry powder (1 tbsp) - $0.10

Instructions:
Cook rice according to package instructions.
