Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry


Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 1/2 lb beef (such as flank steak), sliced ($2.00)

  • 2 cups broccoli florets ($1.00)

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce ($0.20)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil ($0.10)

  • 1 garlic clove, minced ($0.10)

  • Cooked rice for serving ($0.50)

Instructions:
In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add beef and cook until browned. Add broccoli and soy sauce, stir-frying for about 5-7 minutes until broccoli is tender. Serve over cooked rice.
